| The Australia District is home to approximately 63 Kiwanis Clubs spread all around the country, with something like 1000 Kiwanian members. Additionally, the district is in the early stages of forming other Kiwanis Family clubs, including Key Clubs, 7 x Builders Clubs, along with a number of AKtion Clubs. | |||

The Australia District is divided geographically into
Divisions.

| Division 1: | starts from central Melbourne running west to the South Australian border. | ||
| Division 2: | covers New South Wales and Queensland | ||
| Division 3: | encompasses primarily metropolitan Adelaide Clubs, together with several outlying areas and/or towns. | ||
| Division 4: | covers the entire state of Western Australia | ||
| Division 6: | takes in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne | ||
| Division 7: | covers the northern part of Victoria and the Southern part of New South Wales | ||
| Division 8: | takes in primarily outer lying suburbs of Adelaide | ||
| Division 9: | covers the Northern Territory | ||
| Division 10: | covers primarily the eastern suburbs of Adelaide and outer lying regions. | ||
