The Kiwanis Club of Shepparton Sunrisers CONVENTION REGISTRATION REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fee includes entry to all convention sessions and morning and afternoon teas. Other activities are charged separately. These are the: Welcoming Reception on Thursday, Formal Dinner on Friday, Theme Dinner Dance on Saturday, Lunch and Refreshments each day, and Lunch on Sunday.

A Convention Registration Form is available for download in PDF Format and as a Word Document that can be edited and forwarded by e-mail.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure that all special needs such as prescribed medical diets are advised on the registration form. Where possible, all necessary arrangements will be made to cater for your needs.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Relevant details of people registering for this convention may be made available to parties directly related to the convention only.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
• Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Convention Treasurer.
• Deposits of $100 or more - full refund if cancelled before 30th June 2007
• Deposits less than $100 - full refund if cancelled before 31st January 2007
