FEES
Full Registration $100.00
Part Registration per day $ 35.00
Accompanying Spouse (member) $ 50.00
Accompanying Person (non-member) Nil
Registration fee includes entry to all convention sessions and morning and afternoon teas
Other activities are charged separately. These are the Welcoming Reception on Thursday, Formal Dinner on Friday, Theme Dinner Dance on Saturday, Lunch and Refreshments each day, and Lunch on Sunday.

Please note that registration fees do not cover personal travel or health insurance of any kind.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Please advise any cancellations in writing to:-
Ms Chris Brown, Registrations Chairman, PO Box 89, Campbelltown SA 5074. Deposits of $100.00 or more – full refund if cancelled before 30 June 2008.
Less than $100.00 – full refund if cancelled before 31 January 2008 (please note this does NOT apply to early bird registrations).

Standard Room (2 persons)
Room only - $145.00 per night or room plus a full buffet breakfast for two – $175.00 per night.
Deluxe Room (2 persons)
Room only - $175.00 per night or room plus a full buffet breakfast for two – $205.00 per night
Two Room Suite (2 persons)
Room only - $205.00 per night or room plus a full buffet breakfast for two - $235.00 per night.

NEW AND IMPROVED PARKING TIMES FOR THE TORRENS PARADE GROUND!
The Convention Committee is pleased to announce that Timpir, an organisation supporting health, education and development in South Sudan, has agreed to coordinate the parking at the Torrens Parade Ground during the course of the Convention. This means that the parade ground will be open for longer hours as follows:

CONVENTION
PARKING
The Convention Committee has
obtained parking at the Torrens Parade Ground (behind Government
House) at a nominal cost of
$5.00 per day for the duration of the Australia
District 2008 Convention. Transport will be provided to take
delegates to and from the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel. The
parade ground is also within walking distance from the
hotel.
