Convention prices are now included in the Registration Form below.

There are Club incentives for attending convention –


  • Register 5 to10 members and the club earns a 10% rebate of the registration fees paid by your members.
  • Register 11 or more members and your rebate increases to 20% of fees paid by your members (up to 20 members).

These funds are a donation to your club for supporting Convention 09.

All Registrations received by 31st March 2009 will qualify for the special early bird prize draw. Value in excess of $250.00

Accommodation

The Preferred venue we are using will be the Chifley on Western Beach details and prices will be available February. We are booking the international Guest and Governor at this venue.

We are negotiating with the venue management and a local Travel agent to get you the best deal we can.

A free Shuttle Bus will operate from limited venues around the convention venue.

Convention Venue

All functions will be held at the one venue. (other than day tours they will however leave and return from convention venue)

Is there something you are missing from conventions please let us know.  Any suggestions you wish to make we are always happy to hear from you. (Please be constructive)

Saturday Fun Night

Saturday Night Dinner Dance  $35.00pp.
Theme: 1935-1945 era

This is your opportunity to get out those dancing shoes and strut your stuff.  Don’t dance?  Plenty of other fun and frivolity.

This function is open to Kiwanians, family and friends. Two course meal, drinks at bar prices

Prizes for best dressed individuals, couples and groups. Maybe your club could have a common theme.
